01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering or using any services provided by Raja9 through the official website at raja9.onl or our mobile app, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and raja9 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the raja9 platform.

Raja9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

02 Account Registration & Member Eligibility

To register and use raja9's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration
• An individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not listed on any self-exclusion register of any responsible gaming programme
• Not registering on behalf of a third party or business entity
• Providing truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process

Each individual is only permitted to own one account only at raja9. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated, with balances refunded after deducting any bonuses utilised.

Raja9 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any stage. Required documents may include your identification card, bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in a temporary restriction on your account.

03 Account & Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Raja9 account login credentials, including your username and password. Raja9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your account information to third parties.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on public devices
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security
• Contact Raja9 support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised

Raja9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If anyone claiming to be raja9 requests your password, please report it to our security team immediately.

The raja9 platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communications between your device and our servers. Our suspicious activity detection system operates around the clock to monitor any unauthorised access attempts.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions at raja9 are conducted in the currency Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports a variety of local payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

General Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 30 or the amount stated on the Deposit page

• Raja9 does not accept third-party deposits
• Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account within the specified timeframe

General Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 or the amount stated on the relevant page
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account used for the deposit
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed
• Raja9 reserves the right to request additional proof for withdrawals exceeding certain limits

Any attempt to falsify transactions, use another person's account, or commit any form of financial fraud will result in immediate account termination and appropriate legal action.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Raja9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) and additional conditions stated in the respective promotion terms.

raja9 General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless stated otherwise
• Raja9 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in the event of any abuse or misuse
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited

Wagering Requirement (Rollover):

The wagering requirement refers to the total amount you must wager before the bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a MYR 50 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of MYR 1,000 in bets before a withdrawal is permitted.

Raja9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed before the changes take effect.

06 Game Rules & Wagering

All games available on the raja9 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has received independent certification from a recognised third-party auditing body. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Completed game results are final and cannot be reversed
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, raja9 will use server records to determine a fair outcome
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the game interface
• The use of any unauthorised automated software, bots, or assistance tools is strictly prohibited
• Strategies or methods deemed to be system abuse will result in account termination

For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet. Any change in odds after the bet has been placed will not affect existing bets.

Raja9 reserves the right to void any bets placed based on incorrectly set odds due to a technical error. In such cases, the full betting amount will be refunded to the member's account.

07 Member Conduct & Prohibitions

As a raja9 member, you agree to use this platform in a responsible, honest manner and in compliance with all established rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud in any form, including the use of false information during registration
• Money laundering or using the platform for any suspicious financial activity
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Any form of threats, harassment, or offensive language directed at staff or other members
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation

Raja9 uses a sophisticated monitoring system to detect any suspicious or fraudulent activity. Any member found to be in violation of any of the above rules will face appropriate action, including immediate account termination.

08 Account Termination & Suspension

Raja9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, without prior notice in cases of serious violations.

Grounds that may result in account termination:

• Fraud, document forgery, or providing false information during KYC
• Money laundering activities or suspicious financial transactions
• Repeated violations of game rules
• Systematic abuse of the bonus system
• Request by relevant authorities

Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the Raja9 support team via live chat. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification and fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements.

09 Raja9 Liability Limits

• Raja9 is not liable for any losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the member's end

10 Terms Amendments & Applicable Law

Raja9 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which raja9 operates. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will first be resolved through raja9's internal resolution process before being referred to any external body.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be fully in effect.
